Treasures are the goal, more treasures than the pirate competitors, but to achieve this you need more access routes to the treasure chests. You place a tile into the display, adjacent to one already there and within the limit of the 6x6 grid and you may not begin a new row at the side of your opponent. When all 36 tiles are placed you check which regions you can access from gates at your own side and score one points for each treasure chest in those regions. When both players can access a region, the player who has more gates to this region, scores it. In case of a tie the region is not scored. You win with most points.
