You transport coal and trade coal; you pick coal up in storage areas and ship it downstream on your own ship to a town or a small industry. The expansion comprises two Progress Tiles with a white background - Merchant and Coal Shop; the merchant allows you to relocate a progress cube just received; the coal shop lets you relocate a coal storage in Ruhrport into another export column.
