Mayan Sun Aztec Destiny
As astronomers players read the stars and use the Mayan Haab calendar from about 500 BC to find the best time for sowing and then assist villages in rituals to ensure growth and good harvests; but those rituals can influence other villages and catastrophes can occur. At long last, players turn into prophets betting on the future and trying to influence the end of the world. You either play the basic SUN game or the advanced DESTINY game. In SUN you place tiles and score for sustained villages and prophecy markers that you collect. In DESTINY you use prophecy markers from rituals to influence the value of villages, invest into the future and to influence the where and when of the end of the world.
Development game for 2-4 players, ages 12+
