BattleLore Code of Chivalry BattleLore Expansion Set
BattleLore combines elements of board games, role-playing games and tabletop into a conflict between to fraction based on scenarios. Background for the beautiful and sumptuously equipped game is Europe in the Middle Ages, enriched by fantasy elements. A move comprises the phases command, activate, move, conflict and drawing. Aim of the game is to conquer a certain number of victory banners, either from the banner bearer of a beaten enemy unit or for crest tiles earned by conquering landscape tiles or other reaching other scenario goals. The expansion introduces new types of troops – four units Red Banner Mounted Knight Long Swordsmen and four units of Red Banner Foot Knight Long Swordsmen – as well as two previously introduced types of troops – three units Blue Banner Arbalastiers from Hundred Years War and two units Red Banner Mounted Knight Lancers from Scottish Wars. Then there are four scenarios, The Battle of Evesham, The Battle of Saint-Omer, The Battle of Morlaix and The Battle of Ardres as well as Weapon Summary Cards, new Unit Summary Cards, Specialist cards, Deployment Cards and 6 new Call to Arms Deployment cards and the rules for Battle Savvy Troops with advances fighting techniques.
