The Chocolate market is an expansion which was available during an exclusive promotional cooperation between Kosmos and Ritter Sport, this expansion can only be used together with the basic game. New is a tableau “Chocolate market” with five chocolate bar figurines, jungle hexes for the board and 2 water frame parts. This is supplemented with new resources and new uses for the landscape tiles. Jungle produces cocoa, pastures milk, plain sugar, forest hazelnuts and hills produce grapes, provided you have the corresponding production facility on the landscape hex. You win with 13 victory points. The production of chocolate is possible at any time in your turn, in any amount, you discard the corresponding resources cards and the value and demand of chocolate are adjusted on the tableau. You are rewarded for chocolate production depending on the variety, with a road or a victory point or a resources card.
