Again, in accordance with other expansions, there is an extension for this Cities & Knights expansion to enable 5 and 6 players to join the fun: In this expansion Catan is threatened by barbarians and wares can be used to develop a city into a metropolis. Again, the expansion + extension can be combined with the basic game or other expansions. As always the basic game is required.
