Aton Players are high priests and vie for power in the
ancient temples of Theben, each wants to place his priest on the best spots in the
temples. In a turn players draw 4 cards each and allocate them to the four cartouches
on the board, then cards are turned up and evaluated. Cartouche 1 scores
victory points, cartouche 2 determines sequence of play and removes priests,
cartouche 3 determines the temple where stones are placed or removed and cartouche
4 determines the number of stones a player can place in the temples. Unplaced
priests end in the realm of the dead, if this is full
the temples are scored. A player fulfilling the victory condition of 40 victory
points or filling all spots in a temple, or all green and yellow spots immediately
wins the game. Position game * 2 players from age 10 * Designer: |
