Bid & Bluff
Depending on the current round, you are dealt between 1 and 8 cards, the top card of the remaining stack is turned up to determine trump color. Then you name the number of tricks you intend to make – between 1 and 5 – and turn your die on the track to the according number; then you play a normal tricking game with following suit, but no mandatory tricking or using trump. When all tricks are played, you count the tricks you took and move your die accordingly on the track; some types of slots and opposing dice cannot be jumped over; taking the announced number of tricks gives you bonus points. If you are first at the finish, you win.
