Nottingham The Sheriff of Nottingham needs money to buy
his office for another year. Players are under sheriffs and are supposed to
find money to obtain the office of Deputy Sheriff. At the beginning of a turn
one turns up a card and takes it up or uses its action. Actions are buying,
theft, ambush, robbery, raid, defence or barter, always used against other
players. For resolved tasks, that are card combinations, the sheriff advances
and additional hand cards are handed out. The player with the highest score
